Instructions
- Prepare the Glass: Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a rocks glass, letting it swirl and coat the sides.
- Mix the Ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the French vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream (or milk).
