Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo cookies:
    Start by gently twisting the Oreo cookies apart. Keep the cream filling intact on one side and set the other side aside. You should have 12 pieces with cream and 12 plain cookie halves.

  2. Assemble the sushi:
    Spread a thin layer of marshmallow cream over the side of each cookie that has the cream filling. This will act as the “rice” for your sushi.

  3. Form the rolls:
    Take the plain cookie halves (the side without cream) and place them on top of the marshmallow cream-coated cookie halves, cream side down. Gently press them together to form a roll, much like how sushi is rolled in a mat.

  4. Slice the sushi:
    Carefully slice each “roll” into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Be gentle so the pieces don’t fall apart.

  5. Serve and enjoy:
