2-Ingredient Pizza Chips are the ultimate quick snack fix! Made with just pepperoni and cheese, these crispy, salty bites are baked to perfection in under 15 minutes. They’re low-carb, keto-friendly, and taste just like tiny pepperoni pizzas — without the crust!


Ingredients

  • 20 slices pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place 10 small mounds of shredded mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon each) evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
  3. Top each cheese mound with a slice of pepperoni, pressing it gently down.
  4. Repeat with a second baking sheet if needed. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
