Instructions

- Place 10 small mounds of shredded mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon each) evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Top each cheese mound with a slice of pepperoni, pressing it gently down.
- Repeat with a second baking sheet if needed. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the pan for 5 minutes — chips will crisp up as they cool.
