This 3-Cheese Garlic Bread Pizza Dip combines melty mozzarella, creamy ricotta, and sharp Parmesan with pizza flavors in one irresistible skillet dip. Served with toasted garlic bread for scooping!
Ingredients
For the Dip:

1 (8oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup whole milk ricotta

1½ cups shredded mozzarella (divided)

½ cup grated Parmesan

1 (15oz) jar pizza sauce

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes

½ cup mini pepperoni (plus more for topping)
For the Garlic Bread:

1 French baguette, sliced

¼ cup melted butter
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley
-
¼ tsp salt
Instructions

Prep Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

Make Dip: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, pizza sauce, and seasonings. Fold in pepperoni.

Bake: Transfer to oven-safe skillet. Top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella and extra pepperoni. Bake 20-25 mins until bubbly.

Garlic Bread: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley and salt. Brush on baguette slices and toast 5 mins.

Broil: Finish dip under broiler 2 mins for golden top.
