Description

These 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls are the perfect sweet treat with minimal effort. Combining creamy peanut butter, crunchy Oreos, and a rich chocolate coating, they’re the ultimate indulgence. With just three simple ingredients, these no-bake cookie balls come together in no time, making them ideal for parties, holidays, or any occasion where you need a quick dessert fix!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 1520 cookies)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, based on preference)
  • 8 ounces chocolate (dark, milk, or white for coating)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos: Start by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a zip-lock bag and using a rolling pin, or simply pulse them in a food processor. The finer the crumbs, the smoother the texture of your cookie balls will be.
  • Mix Peanut Butter and Oreo Crumbs: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with peanut butter. Stir until the mixture is fully combined. You may need to use your hands to make sure everything sticks together.
  • Form the Cookie Balls: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. If the dough is too sticky, refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  • Coat with Chocolate: Melt your choice of chocolate (dark, milk, or white) in a microwave or using a double boiler. Once melted, dip each cookie ball into the chocolate, making sure it’s fully coated. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill and Serve: Place the cookie balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Once chilled, they are ready to serve!

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, you can use a food processor to crush the Oreos.
  • Customize the chocolate coating by using dark, milk, or white chocolate, or mix and match!
  • If the dough is too sticky, refrigerating it for 15-20 minutes will make it easier to handle.
  • These cookie balls can be topped with sprinkles, crushed nuts, or more Oreo crumbs for added texture and decoration.
