- 2 eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix

Instructions
- Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. If you prefer a bit of texture, leave some chunks.
- Mix Ingredients: Stir in the eggs and mix well to combine.
- Combine with Cake Mix: Gradually add the cake mix to the banana mixture and stir until fully combined. If using nuts, add them at this stage and stir in evenly.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Pans: Grease 2 small loaf pans with butter or cooking spray.
- Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the bread cool in the pans for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve: Enjoy one loaf warm, and freeze the other for later if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter.
- If you prefer a healthier version, you can use a sugar-free cake mix.
