Description

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Instructions

  • Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. If you prefer a bit of texture, leave some chunks.
  • Mix Ingredients: Stir in the eggs and mix well to combine.
  • Combine with Cake Mix: Gradually add the cake mix to the banana mixture and stir until fully combined. If using nuts, add them at this stage and stir in evenly.
  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare Pans: Grease 2 small loaf pans with butter or cooking spray.
