Description

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then remove from the heat and set aside.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on the baking sheet. Press each triangle out slightly to form a larger base for the hand pies.
  4. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs in the center of each triangle, followed by a sprinkle of cheese and your choice of cooked breakfast meat (if using).
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges together to seal, then press down gently to form a sealed edge. Use a fork to crimp the edges for extra security and decoration.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the hand pies are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
