Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then remove from the heat and set aside.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on the baking sheet. Press each triangle out slightly to form a larger base for the hand pies.
- Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs in the center of each triangle, followed by a sprinkle of cheese and your choice of cooked breakfast meat (if using).
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges together to seal, then press down gently to form a sealed edge. Use a fork to crimp the edges for extra security and decoration.
