  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth

Instructions

  • Prepare the Turkey Breast: Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil or melted butter all over the turkey, including under the skin if possible.
