Description

Delicious and comforting Chicken Bundles filled with creamy shredded chicken and cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough. Perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 oz block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.
  • Assemble the Bundles: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each crescent roll, starting at the wide end, and tuck in the edges to fully enclose the filling.
  • Brush with Butter: Place the chicken bundles on your prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter to add flavor and help them turn golden brown in the oven.
  • Bake: Bake the bundles for 15-18 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve: Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. These are perfect on their own or with a side salad.
