  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the White Chocolate Mousse Layer:

  • 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For Garnish:

  • Whipped cream (for piping)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Chocolate curls or coffee beans (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dark Chocolate Mousse Layer:
    • Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
    • Gently fold the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until combined.
    • Spoon or pipe the dark chocolate mousse into the bottom of serving glasses and refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
  • Prepare the Milk Chocolate Mousse Layer:
    • Repeat the same process as the dark chocolate mousse layer, using milk chocolate instead.
    • Carefully spoon or pipe the milk chocolate mousse over the chilled dark chocolate layer.
    • Refrigerate again while preparing the final layer.
  • Prepare the White Chocolate Mousse Layer:
    • Repeat the same process using white chocolate.
    • Spoon or pipe the white chocolate mousse over the milk chocolate layer.
    • Chill the layered mousse desserts in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Pipe a swirl of whipped cream on top of each dessert.
    • Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate curls, coffee beans, or edible decorations of your choice.
