  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until light and smooth.
  • Mix in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • In a separate small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Cover the bowl and chill the dough in the refrigerator for a minimum of 60 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, sift together the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Scoop and roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Arrange the dough balls on the baking sheet, leaving a couple of inches between each.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
