Description

A delightful and colorful dessert that combines creamy banana pudding, fresh fruits, and mini marshmallows, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. Perfect for parties and gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant banana pudding
  • 1 (40 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 3 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained well (reserve some for topping)
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts or walnuts (plus extra for topping)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and the juice from the crushed pineapple until smooth and thickened.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until well incorporated.
  • Add sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts to the bowl. Gently fold the mixture until everything is well coated with the banana pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set.
  • Before serving, garnish with additional chocolate chips, chopped nuts, maraschino cherries, dollops of whipped cream, and sprinkles.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the dessert to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Feel free to customize the fruit based on what’s in season or your personal preferences.
