Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and slice into 1-inch thick rounds (steaks).
- Place cabbage steaks on a flat surface. Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy on the edges and fork-tender in the center.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or grated Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
