- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large flour tortillas
- Ketchup and mustard, for serving
- Optional: pickles, lettuce, tomato slices
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute cooked beef mixture onto each.
- Top beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Place wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until tortillas are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and optional toppings.
