Description

Delicious and easy cheeseburger wraps cooked to perfection in the air fryer — crispy outside, gooey cheese and juicy beef inside. A quick and tasty meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • Ketchup and mustard, for serving
  • Optional: pickles, lettuce, tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute cooked beef mixture onto each.
  5. Top beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  7. Place wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until tortillas are crispy and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and optional toppings.
