- 2 bagels, sliced in half
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place bagel halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Use a spoon to slightly press down the center of each bagel to make room for the egg.
- Crack one egg into the center of each bagel half. If needed, gently scoop out more bagel to make space.
- Sprinkle eggs with salt, pepper, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Adjust time based on preferred yolk firmness.
- Remove carefully and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve warm!

- Use a small spoon to hollow out more of the bagel if your eggs are overflowing.
