Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Air Fryer Churros are a delightful treat rolled in cinnamon sugar, perfect for dessert lovers.

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the milk and salt, stirring continuously.
- Reduce the heat to medium and bring to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Once boiling, add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously until a smooth dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Pipe the dough into the air fryer basket, forming six equal strips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 340°F. Cook the churros for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Once done, roll the churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.

Serve warm with chocolate sauce or ice cream for a delightful dessert.
