- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the shrimp in batches.
- Cook the shrimp at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are cooked through and slightly golden brown.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
