- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 large bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (any color)
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Toss the bell pepper pieces and red onion (if using) with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the marinated steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure there’s space between each piece.
- Air fry the steak at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Add the bell peppers and onions to the air fryer basket and air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and the peppers are tender but still crisp.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or with a side of your favorite salad.
