Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and thyme.

- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and chicken is golden brown.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
