Description

These Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Garlic Cream Sauce are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and smothered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce. A quick and healthy dinner or appetizer that’s bursting with flavor!


Ingredients

For the salmon bites:

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

For the garlic cream sauce:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  2. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry the salmon bites for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
  4. While the salmon is cooking, make the garlic cream sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  7. Once the salmon bites are done, drizzle the garlic cream sauce over them and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately, either as an appetizer or with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for some extra heat.
  • These salmon bites can also be served with a side of vegetables or rice for a full meal.
  • For a dairy-free option, substitute the butter and cream with coconut milk or a non-dairy alternative.
