- 1 (14-ounce) bag of sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 (12-ounce) bag of chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped almonds. Mix well until fully combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, firmly pack the dough into the scoop and place each portion onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Press the cookie dough firmly into the scoop to help the cookies hold their shape while baking.
