Description

Apple Pecan Cinnamon Roll Bake is a deliciously warm and comforting breakfast casserole featuring cinnamon rolls baked with sweet apples and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร—9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced apples, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls and apple mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

  • Add a handful of raisins or dried cranberries for extra sweetness.
