Ingredients

  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a creamier texture)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced celery, grapes, toasted pecans, and dried cranberries.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Notes
