Ingredients
- 2 large Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a creamier texture)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

Notes
