- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chicken, cranberries, carrots, green onions, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and ginger for the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
