Description

Bailey’s Irish Cream Brownies are rich, fudgy chocolate brownies infused with the smooth, creamy flavor of Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur. Perfect for dessert lovers seeking a boozy, indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
