Description

These delightful Baked Cranberry Turkey Sliders are perfect for any gathering. Layered with deli turkey, cranberry sauce, and Havarti cheese, topped with a savory butter mixture and poppy seeds, they are a crowd-pleaser that’s quick and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 1 lb deli turkey, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
  • 6 slices Havarti or Provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Assemble the Sliders
Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Layer the sliced turkey evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the turkey layer.
Arrange the Havarti or Provolone cheese slices over the cranberry sauce. Place the top half of the rolls on top to complete the sliders.
  • Prepare the Butter Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion, poppy seeds, and minced chives until well combined.
Generously brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls to ensure every slider gets a flavorful coating.
  • Bake the Sliders
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes to allow the tops to brown and crisp slightly.
  • Serve
Serve these warm and cheesy sliders right away for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal that’s perfect for gatherings or holiday leftovers!

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking. Just cover tightly with foil and bake as directed when ready to serve.
