- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 tbsp dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Bread Slices:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush the slices with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Set aside. - Make the Garlic Bread Dip:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and fully combined. - Bake the Dip:
Transfer the cheese mixture into a greased baking dish (about 9×9 inches). Spread the mixture evenly in the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. - Serve:
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional) before serving. Serve with the garlic bread slices for dipping. - Enjoy:
Enjoy the warm, cheesy dip with your crispy garlic bread slices. Perfect for sharing!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some cooked, crumbled bacon or chopped green onions to the dip mixture before baking.
- You can also serve this dip with fresh vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, or bell peppers for a lighter option.
- If you prefer a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a few dashes of hot sauce.
