Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large pot, bring the cubed potatoes to a boil in salted water. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
