These Baked Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs hide a molten cheese surprise inside! Perfect over pasta, in subs, or as party appetizers.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 lb ground pork

1 cup breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan

2 eggs
-
3 garlic cloves (minced)

¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
8 oz mozzarella (cut into ½” cubes)
For Serving:

24 oz marinara sauce

Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions

Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix: Combine all meatball ingredients (except mozzarella) in a large bowl.

Stuff: Form 2 tbsp meat mixture around each mozzarella cube, sealing completely.

Bake: Arrange on tray and bake 20-25 mins until golden (165°F internal temp).

Serve: Simmer meatballs in warm marinara for 5 mins or serve immediately.
