Description

These Baked Parmesan Zucchini sticks are tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and topped with a golden Parmesan crust. It’s a quick, healthy, and flavorful side dish perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini, quartered lengthwise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini, then cut them into quarters lengthwise to create sticks.
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the zucchini sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the zucchini.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the Parmesan is golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
