- 4 zucchini, quartered lengthwise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini, then cut them into quarters lengthwise to create sticks.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the zucchini.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the Parmesan is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
