Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pimientos, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, pimientos, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
  3. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (such as a 9×9 inch dish).
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
