Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, pimientos, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
- Mix until everything is well incorporated. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (such as a 9×9 inch dish).
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
