Description

These Baked Pizza Wraps are a fun, portable twist on pizza! Filled with all your favorite pizza toppings and baked until crispy, they’re perfect for a quick lunch, snack, or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni (or regular pepperoni, sliced)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray.

  2. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, or any other pizza toppings you like.

  3. Season:
Sprinkle each wrap with a pinch of dried oregano and garlic powder for added flavor.

  4. Roll the Wraps:
Carefully roll each tortilla into a tight wrap, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.

  5. Bake:
Brush the tops of the wraps with olive oil. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the wraps are golden and crispy.

  6. Serve and Enjoy:
Let the pizza wraps cool for a minute or two, then slice them into halves or thirds for serving. Dip in extra pizza sauce or ranch for an added kick!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the fillings based on your favorite pizza toppings.
  • For a healthier version, you can use whole-wheat tortillas and add extra veggies.
  • These wraps are great for meal prep and can be frozen for later use.
