Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni (or regular pepperoni, sliced)
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray. -
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, or any other pizza toppings you like. -
Season:
Sprinkle each wrap with a pinch of dried oregano and garlic powder for added flavor. -
Roll the Wraps:
Carefully roll each tortilla into a tight wrap, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside. -
Bake:
Brush the tops of the wraps with olive oil. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the wraps are golden and crispy. -
Serve and Enjoy:
