Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a protein boost, you can add a scoop of protein powder or chia seeds.
