- 2 cups BBQ sauce (recommended: Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice Sausages: Slice the kielbasa sausages into 1/2-inch round slices.
- Combine Sauce Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine BBQ sauce, liquid smoke, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat Sausages: Add the sliced sausages to the BBQ sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Bake: Pour the coated sausages and all the liquid into a 9×13-inch baking dish and evenly sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
- Bake and Broil: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling, sticky, and the sauce has caramelized. Broil for 2-3 minutes on high to get burnt ends.
