  • 23 pounds kielbasa sausage
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce (recommended: Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice Sausages: Slice the kielbasa sausages into 1/2-inch round slices.
  • Combine Sauce Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine BBQ sauce, liquid smoke, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Coat Sausages: Add the sliced sausages to the BBQ sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Bake: Pour the coated sausages and all the liquid into a 9×13-inch baking dish and evenly sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
  • Bake and Broil: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling, sticky, and the sauce has caramelized. Broil for 2-3 minutes on high to get burnt ends.
