- 2 flatbreads (naan or store-bought flatbread)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Spread more BBQ sauce on each flatbread as the base sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then distribute the BBQ chicken evenly.
- Add red onion slices on top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
- Slice and serve hot.
