Description

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (naan or store-bought flatbread)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  4. Spread more BBQ sauce on each flatbread as the base sauce.
  5. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then distribute the BBQ chicken evenly.
  6. Add red onion slices on top.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
