Ingredients

  • 2 cups herbal tea mix (chamomile, ginger, or lemon)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Silicone molds (for shaping)

Instructions

  • Combine honey, lemon juice, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  • Gradually add the herbal tea mix to the wet ingredients. Mix until the texture resembles a sticky dough.
  • Firmly press the mixture into silicone molds.
  • Freeze for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • To serve, drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water, stir, and enjoy!
