- Silicone molds (for shaping)
Instructions
- Combine honey, lemon juice, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Gradually add the herbal tea mix to the wet ingredients. Mix until the texture resembles a sticky dough.
- Firmly press the mixture into silicone molds.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours or until firm.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- To serve, drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water, stir, and enjoy!
