- 1½ cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded

- Extra Mexican cheese, shredded (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a glass baking pan with cooking spray.
- Spread the chopped bell peppers evenly across the bottom of the pan.
- Top the bell peppers with the taco-seasoned ground beef.
- Drizzle taco sauce over the beef and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle 1½ cups of shredded Mexican cheese over the taco sauce.
- Add the chopped bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining Mexican cheese over the vegetables.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
