Description

These Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a savory twist on classic cheeseburgers, combining seasoned ground beef, melty cheddar and mozzarella cheese, all wrapped in soft flour tortillas and brushed with a flavorful garlic butter. Perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or party snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Pickles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Set aside.
  5. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly divide the cooked beef mixture among them. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Roll each tortilla up tightly, ensuring the filling is wrapped securely.
  7. Brush each rollup with the melted garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels. Garnish with pickles if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Make ahead: Prepare and refrigerate the rollups until ready to bake.
  • Freeze before baking for meal prep convenience.
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
