- ¼ cup Black Pepper
- 1 ½ cups Parsley Flakes
- ½ cup Garlic Salt
- 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ cup Granulated Garlic
- ¾ cup Granulated Onion
- 2 tablespoons Dill Weed
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 ½ cups Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine the black pepper, parsley flakes, garlic salt, kosher salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and dill weed in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the dry mix into an airtight container. This will yield about 3 ½ cups of dry ranch seasoning mix.
- To make the dressing: whisk 2 tablespoons of the dry ranch mix with 2 cups of mayonnaise, 2 cups of buttermilk, 1 ½ cups of sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Refrigerate the dressing for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend together.
