Description

Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, stuffed dough balls filled with seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, and special sauce — a handheld twist on the classic fast-food favorite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Special Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  3. Mix the cooked beef with shredded cheese and diced pickles.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and fold dough around it, pinching to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While baking, whisk together the special sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Serve cheeseburger bombs warm with special sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
  • Use puff pastry or pizza dough instead of biscuit dough if preferred.
  • For a spicy twist, add chopped jalapeños or pepper jack cheese.
