Description

These Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are a fun and delicious twist on the classic Big Mac. Packed with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and all the signature flavors of a Big Mac, these cheesy bombs are baked to perfection inside soft dough. Perfect for a party, game day, or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tbsp pickle relish

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • ½ cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  4. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat. Let the beef mixture cool slightly.

  5. Roll out the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small round with your hands or a rolling pin.

  6. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Top with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the seams to seal.

  8. Place each dough ball seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each dough ball for added flavor.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

  10. While the bombs are baking, warm the Big Mac sauce in a small saucepan or microwave.

  11. Once the bombs are done, remove from the oven and drizzle with Big Mac sauce before serving.

  12. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a different cheese, you can substitute cheddar with American or Swiss.

  • You can make your own Big Mac sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, and garlic powder.

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped pickles inside the bombs or on top after baking.
