Instructions

  1. Caramelize the Onions:

    • In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until softened and golden brown.
    • Once the onions are caramelized, drizzle in the honey, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the honey to coat the onions. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Naan Pizzas:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Brush both pieces of naan with olive oil, ensuring they are lightly coated on both sides.
    • Place the naan on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until they are warm and lightly crisped.
  3. Assemble the Pizzas:

    • Remove the naan from the oven and evenly distribute the caramelized onions over each piece.
    • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and fresh blueberries over the onions.
    • Return the naan pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the feta cheese starts to soften and the blueberries begin to burst.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
