  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Carefully fold the edges around the filling and pinch to seal completely, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter if desired.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth to make the glaze.
