Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped parsley, chives, tarragon (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If you’d like a slightly tangy flavor, stir in lemon juice to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or as a spread for meats and vegetables.
