Description

This Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe is a naturally energizing, metabolism-boosting smoothie packed with fiber-rich tropical fruits, healthy fats, and blood sugar-balancing superfoods like chia, cinnamon, and açaí. It’s inspired by Mounjaro’s appetite-regulating benefits and brings the power of Brazil’s vibrant ingredients into one refreshing wellness drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened açaí purée or 1 tsp açaí powder
  • 1/4 cup papaya or mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 2 tbsp water for 10 mins)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 avocado (adds healthy fats and satiety)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey or stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients including the soaked chia seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or stevia if desired.
  4. Serve immediately, topped with extra chia seeds or coconut flakes if you like.

Notes

  • Açaí is rich in antioxidants and supports blood sugar regulation.
  • Chia and flaxseeds are excellent sources of fiber and omega-3s for satiety and gut health.
  • Avocado adds healthy fats to slow digestion and curb hunger.
  • Best consumed in the morning or as a meal replacement snack.
  • To increase protein, add a scoop of plant-based protein powder or collagen peptides.
