- 12 slider buns or small dinner rolls
- 12 cooked sausage patties (store-bought or homemade)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 12 slices cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Place one sausage patty on each bottom bun.
- Divide scrambled eggs evenly over the sausage patties.
- Top each with a slice of cheese, then cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 2-3 minutes if you want the buns slightly toasted.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired, then serve warm.

- Use your favorite sausage type: breakfast sausage, spicy sausage, or even turkey sausage.
- For a quicker version, use pre-cooked sausage patties and scrambled eggs from a package.
