- 2 eggs, beaten

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add one beaten egg and mix well to form a sticky dough.
- Shape the mixture into small croquettes or patties.
- Place the flour on a plate, and the second beaten egg in a bowl. Dip each croquette into the flour, then into the beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
