  • 16 ounces broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the rice: Cook the rice according to package instructions. Typically, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add rice, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked (about 20 minutes).
  • Assemble the casserole: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the cooked rice and shredded chicken. Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, butter, milk, chopped onion, and broccoli. Stir everything together, then add 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake: Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling and the broccoli is tender.
