Instructions

  • Beat Base Ingredients: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add Sugars and Cocoa: Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium until smooth.
  • Mix in Liquids: Add vanilla extract, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Beat until fully incorporated and the dip reaches a thick, creamy consistency, about 1 minute.
  • Fold in Chocolate Chips: Stir in mini chocolate chips by hand with a spatula.
