- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Bruschetta Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate while you prepare the rest of the dish.
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
